- Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our official website, social media pages, or authorized partners only.
Full payment is required at the time of order. In case of Cash on Delivery (if available), the customer must pay the complete amount at the time of receiving the parcel.
- Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–5 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier partner, and unexpected delays.
Customers will be provided with tracking details once the order is shipped.
- Returns, Refunds & Replacement
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered in cases where:
The product is damaged during transit, or
A wrong product has been delivered.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (unboxing pictures/videos).

All products are prepared with utmost care, using hygienic methods and quality ingredients.
To maintain freshness, please store the products in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Customers are advised to check the ingredient list before consumption. Sattvic Swad is not liable for any allergy-related issues.
