Cancellation & Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Once the product is dispatched/shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if the order is cancelled within the allowed time or if the product is damaged/defective/wrong item received.

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Replacement / Exchange

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share an unboxing video/pictures within 48 hours of delivery at [sattvicswad@gmail.com].

Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

4. No Refund in Certain Cases

Opened or used food products will not be eligible for return or refund.

Products returned without original packaging/label will not be accepted.
